The island has a surprisingly great collection of beaches and inland destinations for you to stay at or explore. Everyone knows the legendary areas of Kuta, Legian and Ubud, followed by the more recently popular beaches of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua. But venture further to the southern peninsula and you will find even more scenic and hidden beaches to discover.
